Blue Lives Matter Hud Release + Radar Mod 

So many people for the last few months have been requesting my hud mod, I have been telling everyone that I was working on a new version of the hud. The hud style is Grand Theft Auto IV, along with that It has gone from being a circle to a square. With the hud radar, I have taken the weapon icons re-doing several with adding a taser, pepper spray and a blue lives matter flag.
